On my windows x64 1.7.1 (git master) installation (built using Cerbero) ksvideosrc is present.
It is in libgstwinks.dll and belongs to gst-plugins-bad

I installed 1.6.3 and that element wasn't found. I am having some learning difficulties with Windows (for example, how to pipe output to grep???). I also am having trouble getting the command prompt to scroll back far enough. Standard new OS problems. Chuck
