delay between speaker and microphone

Hi Everybody,

We are developing an application in which we are sending recorded audio on
speaker using gstreamer1.0 and simultaneously it is fed into microphone. In
both the situations we are recording at speaker and at microphone level
using filesink location. When we see the delay between start of speaker and
microphone is around 200ms whereas we would like to achieve it below 100ms.
