Not able to link ffmpeg libs with gstreamer encoder plugin ?

Well am doing a POC (Proof of concept). I have developed a hardware encoder
application for our hardware and it works perfectly. I need to integrate the
same into gstreamer.

As am very much new to gstreamer development, I  am developing a simple
software encoder application and making a gstreamer plugin out of it. So
that I can have a solid base to integrate my hardware encoder. 

This is also essential cause I can remove any defect possible come in my
encoder plugin. 

So once I have a proper encoder plugin using a software encoding technique,
I only need to plug my hardware encoder application in place of software
encoder and rest of plugin will remain as it is. 

So if any error comes in future I doubt my hardware encoder application
first, rather than asking you guys silly questions like this one.
