Mp4 file saved to extract subtitles from a text file

I textoverlay after the mp4file,
 
It was completed with the filesink to file output.
 
Now at the completion of textoverlay mp4file
 
I want to output the subtitles file format.
 
There is no example of the output subtitle files.
 
Please advice.
