is RTC5888 (RTP media bundling) supported in a GStreamer element?

Hi,
RTC5888 defines a framework for bundling several media steams into a single
media stream. For WebRTC, the draft:
draft-ietf-mmusic-sdp-bundle-negotiation-29-txt further defines how to use
this framework for transporting both video and audio media in a single
bundled RTP stream.  This requires support for RTP header extensions.

Is this functionality implemented in any of the RTP-related elements?
