Transcoding RTMP HD to SD

Hello gstreamers@

I was wondering if anyone had a pipeline available for converting HD to SD
via RTMP.    The protocols will either be MP3 or AAC on the audio side.
The video side will be h264.

Looked all around and the RTMP documentation is a bit lacking so I am
hoping to at least get this solved and build up some searchable google-fu.
