cannot install faac faad

hi

i installed gstreamer-1.8.1.


when i compile gst-plugins-bad-1.8.1,

i used follow options

$ ./autogen.sh --prefix=/usr/local --enable-faac --enable-faad .......

but, i cannot install faac faad
