Multicast RTP not working on Windows

I'm using GStreamer 1.8.0. The sender was sending the packets, that's why
I'm able to receive them properly on a Linux machine. I'm using a Linux
machine on the sender's side every time. On the client side (Windows), I
can check that packets are being multicasted on the multicast IP using
Wireshark.
