imagefreeze + leaky queue problem

Yes, I'm aware the example pipeline didn't make much sense (queue after
imagefreeze).
The real pipeline I'm using is a lot more complex and uses the videomixer
(which is quite dependent on the timestamps) so I was trying to break the
problem down.

Using an identity with synch=1 gives the expected result in this example, I
will try a similar approach to my real problem and see if there is any
progress.
