missing a plug-in

hi
I am making application to play mp4 file.
The designated c program.
compile is not a problem,
When you run an executable program
"Installation is missing a plug-in"
The causes of the problem.
I think there may be a problem that occurs when using the decodebin
element..
Please tell me how to get down to the library decodebin
os is ubuntu 14.04.
