qtdemux error: streaming stopped, reason not-linked

Hi Joel

In case of gstreamer-1.0, qtdemux creates pads with _%u.
Example audio_0, video_1.
In gstreamer-0.10 qtdemux creates the pads with _%02d. Like audio_00,
video_01.
