gst_element_factory_make unable to create element.

I use tutorial in gstreamer sdk. WHen i debug at   
source = gst_element_factory_make ("videotestsrc", "source");
 sink = gst_element_factory_make ("autovideosink", "sink");
I received that it's return NULL so it can not create element. What is
wrong?
