Release 1.7.90 bootstrap fails on Ubuntu 12.04 for 'ARCH' platform

Does cerbero/enums.py contain the ARCH value in the Distro enum for
you? It should and does here.

Check if you have any changes in your cerbero GIT repository compared
to the fd.o repository
