appsrc with GST_FORMAT_BYTES cannot query duration

Indeed, it is not possible in every case. But when appsrc is serving
video/x-raw or audio/x-raw, as it is the case with the tutorials, this
should be fairly simple calculation.

And of course another issue here, as you pointed above, that even if I parse
that h264 myself, know the duration and feed the appsrc with video/h264,
there is no way to pass the duration to GStreamer.
