See https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=731769 which added an
element to parse the ONVIF RTP extension, and
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=762910 for the generic bug
about adding ONVIF support. This is still open and would need to be
worked on by someone.
