Gstreamer nvidia

Hello,
I have GeForce GT 610 nvidia  GPU and I need to encode video with
gstreamer-vaapi 
but vaapiencde did not install and I got only these plug-in

*gst-inspect-1.0 | grep vaapi vaapi:
vaapidecode: VA-API decoder 
vaapi: vaapipostproc: VA-API video postprocessing 
vaapi: vaapisink: VA-API sink*

is there any other plug-in that supports nvidia GPU hardware encoding??
