Possible problem with rtpbin when using AAC?

Hi Sebastien.

Bug has been filed as https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=766267

It has been marked as a blocker, since RTP streaming of MPEG-4 Audio is
kind of a must.
I have also corrected the receiver script as an autoaudiosink can't receive
output from aacparse ... obviously.
