Spectrum Good Plugin

Hello,

I am using the spectrum good plugin with gstreamermm and it is working
really well. I just have one question that doesn't seem to be answered in
the documentation for it here

What is the frequency range it analyzes? If i set bands = 10, what
frequency does the first and the last band cover? Is it 20-20K Hz?
