compile error

sudo apt-get install libc6-dev

i use fedora, 
$ sudo dnf install libc6-dev
nothing !

so search google.
use glibc-devel-2.22-16

so, dnf install glibc-devel
Package glibc-devel-2.22-16.fc23.i686 is already installed
