Plugin Dispose & Finalize

Hi

Well it's more for  clarification purposes. I am looking at a piece of code
that derives from GstVideoEncoder, which also implements _finalize callback.
However, I don't see it being called when pipeline goes to NULL or when
pipeline is unreferenced.

Just wondering if these methods need to implemented if I am using
GstVideoEncoder base class?
