MMSH stream fails to pre-roll

I'm having trouble getting the following internet radio stream to play
using GStreamer 1.10:

gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri="mmsh://
radio.yerevannights.com/YerevanNights?MSWMExt=.asf"

This gets to PREROLLING, but never any further.

With GST_DEBUG="asfdemux:6" I can see that packets are being received:

The stream plays happily enough in vlc or mplayer.

Are there any asf/mms experts out there that can help?
