make is not finding libgstapp - appsrc

Hi Tim.
I don't actually have a libgstapp-1,0.so.  Only libgstapp.so

The exact path to this file is
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gstreamer-1.0/libgstapp.so
