Pad negotiation at udpsrc element

Good day Sebastian,

It is send together by selecting 'audio and video' stream in the camera
config of the IP camera. In this case a HIK camera. It seems to be then
encapsulated in the stream already when i receive it on the board. I will
check your method as i can see where i could have forgotten to 'depack' the
rtp. will let you know my findings
