Gstreamermm and abilities to use different plugins

Disabling plugins-bad in gstreamermm means, that you won't be able to use
some convenient C++ interfaces, but it doesn't mean that you won't be able
to use gst-plugins-bad plugins at all. Moreover, gstreamermm's plugins bad
contains only interface for GLFilter, so it's probably not so useful in
your case.
