streaming task paused, reason not-negotiated (-4)

Hi

I got a similar problem:

My Camera provides Y16. The message from GSTREAMER was:
Tried to capture in YU12, but device returned format Y16.

I'm calling GSTREAMER like this:
gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src device=/dev/video0 ! videoscale !
video/x-raw,width=2592,height=1944 ! autovideosink

what am I doing wrong? is y16 not supported?
