gst-stream-server support

hi, i'm interested in using gst-stream-server because i have to stream local
video and ipcamstream  to a browser. I have the doubt between using
gst-stream-server or tcpserversink but i have seen that the git of
gst-stream-server has been four years without actualization, has been
abandoned this project? is still usable and confiable?
