gst-stream-server support

hi, i'm needing to stream local archives and restream ipcams to a web under
client demand. Now im trying to do it with tcpserversink and the video tag
of html but it seems that the video tag can't open a video stream. I haven't
tried nothing with hls yet but it seems, and i can be wrong, that it can be
less compatible with all the browsers
