ges-launch transcoding to the sink

Hi to all,
 basically I want to transcode a video in raw RGB format and outputting it
to the console.

I'm trying to reproduce this gst-launch-1.0 command using ges-launch-1.0:



I already try this:



but i can only get the original format of the video in the console, not the
raw RGB format.

I read in the documentation that  option is only working when an  file is
specified.

It is possible to transcode the original video to the sink instead of the
file using ges-launch-1.0?
If no, how can i have the seek point back to work as expected in the
gst-launch-1.0 command?
