Subtitles in MKV is increasing size dramatically

Hello,

I am recording MKV file.
It contain 1 video and 2 subtitles track:
appsrc ! video/x-raw-rgb ! videoconvert ! video/x-raw I420 ! jpegenc !
matroskamux ! filesink 
appsrc ! text/x-raw ! matroskamux ! filesink 

The difference in a size of the file, when i recording only video and with
subtitles is in 30 times:
only video for 6 sec is 5Mb
video and 2 subtitles for 6 sec is 150Mb

But is is only small text in it.

It is normal like this?
How i can fix it?
