pipeline does not re-enter playing after some play-pause cycle

Thank you Vivia and Mikl,
I'm not waiting for the the GST_MESSAGE_ASYNC_DONE event, and as a newbie I
don't know how to wait for that. I will do some researches, and if I can't
resolve the issue I will come back here to ask help (posting the debug
output as Vivia has suggested!)
