Packets sniffed are RTSP and in the specific Embedded (Interleaved) Binary
Data, they all start with $ (hex 24) followed by a one-byte channel
identifier (0), followed by the length of the encapsulated binary data as
for RFC (https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2326.txt) 10.12
