Synchronize audio and video stream from hardware

You can do something like this using GStreamer, but i am not sure, what it
is right tool to do this.

You can put both of your streams in decoder. Until decoder will not get both
buffers, it will not produce coded frame.
This way you can block output.

But, personally, i will look for another solution.
