[Bug 652711] udp: add support for IGMPv3 SSM (Source Specific Multicast RFC 4604)

Hi Sebastian,

thanks a lot for the quick answer. Do you think we have any hope for the
SSM support in a near future? Or is it possible to get this moving in any
other way?
