Are intervideosink/src elements work on other tham linux platforms?

Hi All,
I've tried to launch very simple test on windows machine:

sender:  gst-launch-1.0 -v videotestsrc ! videoconvert ! intervideosink
receiver: gst-launch-1.0 -v intervideosrc channel ! videoconvert !
autovideosink

there are no errors but no video on the reciever pipeline, just black
output.
I've tried the same with audio elements and the same result - no audio on
the receiver pipeline.
I apreciate any help with the subject.
