Issues with AAC, WMA parsers

Hi,

I started working with gstreamer 1.8.2. I faced some issues with AAC and WMA
parsers. 
AAC - Issue : State change (STOP -> PLAY) not working 
WMA - Issue : Issue with MBR (mulitple Bit Rate) streams. ASF demux always
selects 3rd bit rate in a MBR stream, but as per Microsoft standard it
should select 1st bitrate.  

Can anybody help me to solve this issue?
