lag/freeze in streaming H264 or RAW from udpsrc on Windows

Ok if we leave the buffer-size equal to 0 for using the "Kernel receive
buffer" in Windows environnent, it is recommended to add the following
variable 

>From regedit.exe application, add the *DefaultReceiveWindow *variable in
giving the buffer size as follow :
*[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\AFD\Parameters]
"DefaultReceiveWindow"=dword:000c3500*

>From this way, it works also perfectly with pipeline in using a filesrc with
sdpdemux (mandatory from this way because there no buffer-size property for
filesrc element or sdpdemux element)
