Does rtsp server support SDES (Session Description Protocol Security Descriptions) ?

Hello,

Does rtsp server support SDES  (Session Description Protocol Security
Descriptions) or it supports only MIKEY?

I need to stream by SRTP. I set SAVP (secure audio video profile) on the
rtsp server but the server sent key by the MIKEY protocol. But I need send
key by SDES.
How can I do the SDES key exchange method in the rtsp server?
