Audio to filesink pipeline working on the PC but not on ARM platform. PLZ HELP.

Hi tim,

sorry for the delayed response forgot to repost on this but yeah i noticed
we were still using the 1.4 gstreamer on the ARM, since we are using a fixed
repo ti keep things stable. Once i added the 1.8 packages and updated it
everything worked a hundred percent.
