How to decode RTCP SR NTP timestamp in rtsp client?

Hi,

Our main goal is to achieve multiple audio client in sync which have
different delay from server to client. I want to decode RTCP SR packet NTP
timestamp and set latency according to it. How can I decode NTP timestamp
from RTCP packet?

Which pipeline setting I have to use for this?
