How to disable all gstreamer outputs?

You could append > /dev/null 2&>1 to pipe all stdout and stderr output to null.

If I put GST_DEBUG=0 it still print's errors of Glib library.  (like
myprog.exe:3528 : Glib_Gobject .... )
