Seldom error message "Buffer has no PTS"

Hi,

from time to time (but seldom) I get an error message "Buffer has no PTS".

I am using one of the latests Windows version (1.10.x) of GStreamer on a 
64bit platform.

During searching for the bug on the internet, I found:

Has someone a clue, what it is, how I can perhaps narrow or even fix it?

Were there in the meantime a bugfix, so I can just switch to a new version of GStreamer and retest?
