FEC and RTP

I began an implementation of IETF FECFRAME , but did not have the time 
to finish it (yet...)

The Reed-Solomon based FEC elements work, but had some trouble together 
with the RTP jitterbuffer. Perhaps it can still be useful as a starting 
point.
