Pipeline Accumulates Overtime?

rtspsrc set properties of what i did:

g_object_set(GST_OBJECT(rtspsrc)
,"location",[URI]
,"latency",100
,"protocols",4
,"ntp-sync",FALSE
,"buffer-mode",4
,NULL);

the accuracy in the beginning great. I have a grid that I use to watch 16
cams on two computers and start in the morning. by late afternoon starts to
have delay issues 5-8 sec.
