Gstreamer segmenter - hlspending force key unit, waiting for keyframe

I want to segment any streaming to hls using the gstreamer and python, if
stream already is hls just copying and being able to select the time of each
segment. With input stream in rtmp this work fine, but with streams in hls i
forever get one message in debug and only one video file is generated:
