Why is wav file mixed by soundmixer plugin truncated?

I already apply an offset on the mixer sink pad. When a new playback is
required, I compute running time and apply this offset to the new mixer sink
pad.
I'll give a try on that, but I'm not sure it'll be sufficient, as sometimes
the sound can be truncated much more than 200ms (sometimes more than 1s)

By the way, is there any mean to modifiy the pipeline latency computation ?
