How to construct a pipeline using Encodebin ?

Hi all,
       I have a .wav stream which i have to encode using aac encoder ..
       Can anyone suggest me to construct a pipeline for the same using
encodebin..
    
       The pipeline which i am using is:

        gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=test.wav ! encodebin ! fakesink
