Not sure what you mean with this. The valve state is configurable via
property using the "drop" property.
Do you want to block the pipeline rather than drop the frames?
Unfortunately I am not aware of a variant like that.
A solution, albeit not an answer to your exact question is to use a probe
to block the pipeline.
