RTP Audio and video sync

hi all
i am using gstreamer-1.0 
i am streaming audio and video with two different streams in RT 

alsasrc --> encode --> rtpl26pay --> udpsink port x
videosrc --> encode --> rtph464pay --> udpsink port y

now how can i achieve the sync on the decode end ? 

also can i use two udpsinks in single bin ?
