Gstreamer contractor needed

I am looking for a GStreamer developer to work with encoding/decoding on an
intel board (with embedded distribution).

The board is a skylake motherboard.

We are using Yocto 2.2 (morty) with the meta-intel BSPs.

We need to utilize intel's VA-API for decoding and video playback.

I will provide you with a motherboard and yocto build environment.
