Issues in Windows 7 using the last GSteramer version

You are not telling much about how it does not work. 

Are you using gst-launch for your tests ?
Are you getting error messages ?Did you try a simple pipeline like "videotestsrc ! autovideosink" ?

testing using these pipelines:

SENDER: ksvideosrc ! jpegenc ! rtpjpegpay ! udpsink host=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
port=5000

! rtpjpegdepay ! jpegdec ! autovideosink

This code works OK in Windows 8, however it is not working in Windows 7.
Even the window related with autovideosink is not shown.

So, what would the problem be in this case? i downloaded GStreamer form this
location: https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/pkg/windows/1.10.2/
